Our Story
Melting Wok was born from the unwavering passion and determination of Quiton Davis, a visionary with a deep love for culinary arts and entrepreneurship. Quiton’s journey began as a young chef working at a popular international cuisine restaurants, where he honed his skills and discovered his true calling in the kitchen.
Despite facing numerous hardships and setbacks, his ambitious spirit never wavered. Over the past 20 years, Quiton has successfully operated another restaurant under another trade names, with that leaving a unique mark on Jamaica's culinary scene.
Melting Wok was founded three years ago, rising triumphantly after the challenges of the pandemic. It is a testament to resilience and dedication, crafted to satisfy taste buds across Mandeville and Jamaica.
